I had an issue with my order because one item was missing, my first thought was, great, here we go. The response took longer than I expected, so I was definitely getting a bit annoyed and wondering if this was going to turn into one of those back-and-forth situations.
But once support got back to me, they actually handled it smoothly. They checked what happened and sent out the missing item without making it complicated. It took a few days, so I can’t say it was super quick, but it did get fixed in the end. Giving 4 stars because the start could’ve been better.

The prices seemed fair to me, and I actually found a pair of shoes for less than I saw on a few other sites. Delivery was not the fastest, but it was still okay and arrived without any issues. For the price, I think it is a good shop and I would probably order from them again.

Sportamore is okay overall, but I have to admit I felt a bit embarrassed getting excited about a few pairs of shoes only to realize my size was already sold out again. I did find some nice stuff, so it wasn’t a total miss, but the options felt limited by the time I looked. I’d probably shop there again, just really hope they keep more sizes in stock...

The sizes and colors were right, nothing seemed to be missing, and it all matched the order from what I could tell. Overall, I’m happy with it and would probably use them again

The box showed up in nice condition with no dents or ripped corners, and the shoes were packed properly inside. Nothing fancy, just neat and safe, which is exactly what I want. The delivery bag was easy to open too, without tearing everything apart. Happy with it, 5 stars from me.

I grabbed a pair of running shoes and a training hoodie from Sportamore last month, i wasn’t expecting too much. I’m always a bit wary with online orders, especially because I don’t really trust customer service to be helpful if something goes wrong.

But the stuff itself turned out really good. The shoes feel sturdy, there’s no messy glue or weird stitching, and the hoodie is nice and thick without feeling like I’m overheating in it.
I’ve washed the hoodie a few times now and it still looks pretty much new. So luckily I didn’t have to deal with support at all, which is probably for the best. Overall, I’m happy with what I got and would probably order again.
